Ekta Shakti Foundation is a not for profit organization with its headquarters in New Delhi. The organization was established in the year 2003 when group of 10 like minded people with different expertise came together to work for the welfare of women and children. To combat hunger and malnutrition amongst children the organization started with a small kitchen providing mid day meal to 18000 children in MCD schools of South Delhi. In the year 2005 the organization established big kitchen under the PPP model in partnership with the state government and started providing meal to one lakh children.
