On the other hands few such as Quickheal, Precision camshafts, Prabhat Dairy, Coffee day are still below their prices. Few things important to look at while investing in IPO's 1) Valuation: Should be in-line with peers listed in the industry and not at very much premium over it 2) Is it OFS or new money will be received by the company.? 3) Promoters and their background 4) Any pending litigations or risks for the company? 5) Good visibility of business model and revenue generation 6) Competition and possible impact of sales and margins 7) Use of funds from IPO// 8) Who are existing investors and why they are selling?
