Trishla Foundation is a non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting children and adolescents with cerebral palsy. Based in India, with outreach across neighbouring countries, the foundation functions as a comprehensive rehabilitation and treatment centre. We follow a consistent multimodal approach to cerebral palsy care, combining multiple therapeutic interventions for holistic development. Our treatment programmes include counselling, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, special education, hand therapy, and several other specialised therapies. In addition, children receive training in daily living activities, sports, the use of braces, and, where required, surgical support. Founded in 2014 by Dr. Jitendra Kumar Jain, Trishla Foundation is supported by a dedicated team of over 40 experienced professionals who work tirelessly to improve the lives of children with cerebral palsy. Beyond child-focused care, the foundation also trains parents, empowering them to actively support their child’s progress and future well-being. Our ultimate goal is to help individuals with cerebral palsy become confident, independent, and joyful. A unique and impactful aspect of our programme is the residential training model, where children and their parents stay in Prayagraj (Allahabad) for a period of 3 to 6 months. This immersive approach ensures maximum effectiveness of therapies and training. Importantly, both accommodation and treatment costs are kept highly affordable. Through the generous support of donors and well-wishers, Trishla Foundation continues to offer hope and life-changing care to underprivileged children with cerebral palsy—serving as a beacon of hope and a new beginning for many families.
