Upall Home fashion Inc was founded by me Pam Upall I am originally a Fashion and textile designer. My 1996 Visit to the Magic Fashion Show In Lasvegas made me feel the need to divert to a business which would keep me closer to home with my only daughter yet continue to be a designer and entrepreneur, however I wasn’t sure what that would be? In 1997 I took a trip to India to furnish my beautiful beach front home at the Bay of Bengal in Coastal City of Chennai in Southern India. During this time while furnishing my home I came across different variety of exotic Indian Silk fabric, the deep blue hue of the Indian ocean inspired me to weave this color for upholstery and drapes in my home .I tried to weave different colors with the help of a local weaver and finally we found the right color and Bingo!! This was my first foray into home furnishing the outcome was spectacular yet elegant beach home.
